At MotoArt PlaneTags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of aviation history. If your PlaneTag doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the PlaneTag in its original packaging, ensuring the certificate of authenticity and all included accessories are enclosed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
